My Promise To You - Levi x Reader

[F/n] [L/n]. If you were having trouble with the word perfect she'd be the definition. And excellent expert at 3DMG. Ranking 1 from her class in the 103rd Trainee Corps and Joining the Survey Corps. After a while of being a soldier she was recruited to join Levi's Squad. Born with a serious case of heterochromia [F/n] was born with one [e/c] eye and one blue eye. (you know if you don't already have blue eyes).

People called her simply amazing. Along with her eyes [F/n] is quite beautiful. With silky [H/c] that flows in the wind beautifully when she's flying in the air with her 3DMG and her [s/c] skin that's just adorable when she blushes or how it shines in the sun or glows in the moonlight. Her heterochromia eyes that shine with passion and determination when she fights titans.

Loved and admired by everyone. Her heart only belongs to the one and only Levi Ackerman.

She can be very sassy and rude at times but is intentionally sweet. She can be very comedic and serious at the same time it's scary. She can be just like christa and can turn into a beast when she kills titans. And that's how he fell in love with the little angel.

"[F/n]!" Hanji yelled while running after you.

You were running away from Hanji because she kept trying to do experiments on your eyes. You turned the corner and almost fell into the doors of the mess hall as the soldiers were eating dinner. soon after Hanji burst into the doors looking for you.

"Where is my little [F/n]!" Hanji yelled.

"What are you trying to do to her?" Petra asked.

"I want to experiment on those gorgeous eyes of hers!" Hanji squealed.

"So you think chasing her around the Headquarters is going to get a yes out of her?" Levi asked.

"She just keeps running away!" Hanji whined.

You scampered and hid behind the closest person which happened to be the titan shifter himself.

"What are you doing?" Eren asked you.

"Shhh! Just hide me form Hanji and I'll be-"

"Eren!" Hanji yelled.

"Y-Yes?" He stuttered.

You just prayed he wouldn't tell off on you.

"Have you seen my little [F/n]?" Hanji asked sweetly.

"N-No." He said.

You gave a silent sigh of relief.

"Then how do you explain...THIS!" Hanji pushed Eren aside and grabbed your wrist causing you to scream of surprise.

Hanji ran to the doors of the mess hall with a tight grasp of your arm so you couldn't run away. You gave looks of help to everyone but they just gave you sympathetic looks back not wanting to face the wrath of Hanji.

"Oi shitty glasses. That's enough." Levi said.

"But shorty! Just let me do this one experiment~" Hanji whined.

"No." He replied.

"But why~" Hanji continued to whine.

As soon as you felt her grasp loosen on your wrist you pried yourself out of her grasp and ran behind Levi.

"She doesn't want you to experiment on her eyes." Levi said.

"Come on! Of course she does!" Hanji smiled.

Levi glared at her.

"Okay fine! She may be your girlfriend but she can be very stubborn." Hanji complained and went to her seat.

You sighed in relief and lightly pecked Levi.

"Thank you." You sheepishly said.

"Whatever." He replied.

"I saved you a tray [F/n]. Do you want to eat?" Petra asked you with a small smile.

"Thank you very much Petra." You smiled.

While you were eating Hanji kept giving you creepy looks and wiggling her eyebrows. You just shivered everytime you made eye-contact with her and Levi just glared at her.

You got a knock on your door early in the morning. You groaned loudly enough that you thought would tell the person to go away. They just kept knocking and it got louder.

You groaned louder and rolled out of bed. Literally.

"Geez. I thought today was an off day?" You said and opened the door. Levi.

"Levi?" You asked while rubbing your eyes.

"Get dressed and meet me in my office." Was all he said and walked away. You shrugged and got dressed in your normal clothes instead of your uniform.

When you knocked on Levi's door there wasn't an answer. You slowly turned the knob and opened the door and found Levi with his head hidden in his arms.

"Levi?" You whispered as he sat up.

"Oh. I didn't think you could actually come." He said.

"If I didn't you would kill me." You sheepishly smiled.

"Sit down.." He said.

You sat down in the chair in front of him.

"You know that the 57th expedition outside the walls is next week right?" Levi asked you.

"Yeah.." You said.

"I feel like something bad really is going to happen. Just promise me whatever happens you'll survive?" Levi told you while grabbing your hand.  You smiled and squeezed his hand.

"I promise Levi." You smiled. He smiled back.

"Don't break your promise." He said. You giggled and kissed him.

"I promise not to break my promise." You joked.

A moment like this could barely be described. It was hard. Terrible. Terrifying. Your mind kept racing at the scene behind you. Your heterochromian eyes looked like you were ready to fight. Shined with that same passion hatred and yet determination in killing this Female-Like titan behind you.

While the squad kept yelling for orders at their captain you growled.

"Levi!" You yelled as the whole squad's attention was on you.

"What?" Levi asked you.

"Let me fight it! I can kill it I know I can!"

"I'm not going to risk the life of one of our best soldiers on this piece of shit following us." Levi said bluntly.

"Captain! [F/n] is a very skilled titan slayer and is one of the best soldiers we have! We are positive she can kill this thing before it kills us!" Petra yelled.

"Petra's right sir! [F/n] is very strong and reliable. We will be able to defeat it if she kills it!" Erd yelled.

"Very well. [F/n] you better be careful when fighting it. It is very intelligent." Levi said.

You smirked and jumped off of your horse and flew to the back of the titan. You hooked your wires into it but she moved. Before she could grab your wires you unhooked them.

"I'm not who you think I am you fucker! I am intelligent like you are!" You yelled at the titan.

You hooked your wires into it's neck and cut it. But she didn't die. Her skin had hardened.

"Impossible.." You said while staring wide eyed.

"[F/N]!" Your squad yelled in unison.

You widened your eyes as the Titan's fist came flying straight at you.

It's been 2 days since the 57th expedition. There were many deaths. The Special Operations Squad died while one went missing. [F/n] [L/n] was last seen alive trying to fight the titan when it had punched her. No one really knew if it was your death or not. But no one had seen you since.

Because of all of the deaths the Survey Corps seemed empty. Especially with that little ray of hope [F/n] that would always make jokes that kept everyone laughing.

She was gone. Gone where? No one knows. Hopefully she wasn't gone forever.

The rest of what was left of the Survey Corps was at the mess hall eating dinner. No one dared to say a word of what had happened. Then the door burst open revealing Hanji.

"GUYS! I found [F/n]!" She yelled. The whole mess hall gasped.

"Follow me! She's in the Infirmary! She's not dead but unconscious." Hanji said and ran off with the mess hall following her.

The soldiers stared in awe at the scene in front of them. Bandages around your head and torso. One eyepatch on your blue eye and the [e/c] one closed. Your left arm was holding your torso while your right one lay at your side.

Your breathing was slow but your heart was still beating at a normal pace.

"She's alive."

The soldiers all smiled. They knew that their ray of hope was still alive. After that they left. All except Hanji and Levi.

"Levi..She's alive." Hanji smiled.

"..I know." Was all he said.

"Levi? Are you...Are you crying?" Hanji asked.

Levi put a hand to his face. Yep. He was crying.

"I-I...[F/n].." He stammered.

"You really do care about her." Hanji smiled and patted Levi's shoulder.

After a while she walked out of the room. Levi walked to the side of your bed and grabbed your hand.

"[F/n]..Please wake up.." He whispered.

You slowly but surely fluttered your eyes open.

Levi widened his eyes and hugged you.

You slowly wrapped your arms around him.

"Levi?" You asked.

"[F/n]. I'm glad your not dead." He said and released you.

You smiled.

"I told you I wouldn't break my promise didn't I?" You smiled.

"You didn't break your promise Idiot. I love you." Levi said with a small smile.

"I love you too." You smiled back at him.
